In Foley, Alabama, on February 8, 1989, Julio Jones was born. In the beginning, Julio’s mother assumed the child she was carrying would be a girl and gave it the name Quinteros, which means Gladiator.
When Julio’s mother discovered that her unborn child was a male, she kept the name but gave him the nickname Julio.
The lone parent in Julio’s life, his mother, showed him love and care throughout his difficult childhood. When Julio was just five years old, his father abandoned him, his brother, and his mother.

With just one year left to finish college, Julio decided to declare for the 2011 NFL Draft. The Atlanta Falcons selected Julio Jones as the sixth overall choice in the draught.
Julio signed a four-year contract for $16,183,750 in July 2011. His first NFL season was incredible since he put out a strong effort that earned him a spot on the 2011 NFL All-Rookie Team.
Julio was selected to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career during his second NFL season. Injury ruined Julio’s 2013 season, and as a result, he only participated in five games.

Personal Life of Julio Jones
